Fly Killers

A simple reusable trap against houseflies.

The Gumtree fly jar attracts and traps houseflies, after which they drown in the water inside the trap without being able to exit it. To attract the houseflies, the fly jar contains an odor-releasing product that is activated when users add water to the trap before installing it. Flies attracted to the trap by its odor die as they cannot exit the fly jar. Fly jar is a pesticide-free product that is useful in trapping houseflies in animal shelters, livestock sheds, poultry, and industries with severe housefly infestation. Depending on the size of the premises they protect, multiple fly jars may be needed to trap houseflies in an area. Fly jars are amenable for numerous uses after a user replenishes the odor-releasing product.
